Service use
Gwavro is intended for businesses sending legitimate review-request SMS messages to customers who have agreed to receive them.
Customer data
Businesses are responsible for entering accurate customer information and for obtaining any consent required before a message is sent.
Delivery and external services
SMS delivery and webhook updates depend on external providers. Gwavro records status information, but message routing and handset behavior are not fully controlled by the app.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for spam, misleading messages, or any workflow that ignores unsubscribe requests or applicable privacy obligations.
